Attorney Patricia Shackelford

Patricia A. Shackelford, of the Shackelford Law Firm, has worked on both civil and criminal matters. She is a former briefing attorney to the 13th Court of Appeals in Corpus Christi, Texas. While at the Court of Appeals, Ms. Shackelford worked on more than a hundred civil appeals. As a former partner at Perry & Haas, L.L.P., Ms. Shackelford provided legal briefing in a variety of personal injury, auto products liability, insurance, and healthcare fraud cases. The Shackelford Law Firm focuses on civil and criminal appeals and trial briefing.

Fees for trial briefing and civil appeals can be handled in a variety of ways from flex fee, hourly, contingent fee, to some combination of fee arrangements.

Criminal appeals are accepted by court appointment and by private pay clients.
